These Terms govern access to the Declined.io platform and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Declined.io provides software to help businesses recover failed subscription payments through dunning sequences, incentives, integrations, and analytics. Features may change during beta.

Beta program

During beta, the Service is provided on an **as-is** basis. We may limit access via waitlist or invite, change features without notice, and suspend accounts that abuse the platform. Beta accounts and data carry forward when we exit beta unless we notify you otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Accurate account information and securing credentials
• Compliance with applicable laws (including email/SMS marketing rules and payment regulations)
• Configuring integrations and webhooks correctly
• Data you upload about your end customers

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, spam, credential stuffing, or attempts to access other workspaces' data.

Fees

Plan tiers and success fees are described on our pricing page. Performance is $0/mo with a tiered success fee (14% on the first $1,000 recovered each month, 10% after). Paid tiers include a monthly platform fee that is fully credited toward success fees at the rates published on the pricing page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Declined.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue from payment failures outside our reasonable control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or operational risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Declined.io's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
